Work With Me

Enhance team dynamics and process consistency.

Our innovative strategies transform even the most intricate processes into straightforward, manageable tasks. By breaking down complex steps into clear, actionable instructions, we make documentation not just easier, but also more intuitive.

Improve Yields and reduce costs.

Learn practices designed to minimize mistakes, ensuring that your documentation is precise and error-free. Say goodbye to the frustration of rework and enjoy more time to focus on what truly matters.

Create Lasting Change

Once implemented, transformative documentation is easier to maintain than replace, providing practically self-sustaining change. When creating documents, strategic partnership between front-line workers and Engineering encourages culture change toward a focus on quality.

FAQS

Will this program work for me?

If you are a manufacturing engineer, working with humans performing hands-on work, this program is for you.

I've proven these techniques with products larger than a table and products built under microscopes. They work for electrical test, computer-based work or anything requiring physical assembly.

Whether working with one person or a team of 20, the process is solid.

As with anything, your results depend on you. The process works, but only if you commit to working the process.

Can documentation alone really transform manufacturing?

No.

Every manufacturer should pursue fully documented processes. However, new or improved process documentation is rarely transformative. If done wrong, it can even have a negative impact.

However, a manufacturing engineer, following a proven documentation creation process and using an appropriate documentation format, can transform an entire team for the better.

To learn why my process works where some others fail, schedule a call.

I'm busy. Will this fit my schedule?

The live sessions are just 1 hour per week for 6 weeks, plus optional workshop times. What work you do between sessions depends on your own needs.

I provide additional, free training to help everyone understand and secure whatever time they need.

Do I need to understand Statistical Process Control (SPC) for this to work?

No. 6th-grade math and logic are enough to succeed.

Statistics are invaluable tools to measure processes and direct improvement actions. However, people, not numbers, control processes.

Despite a now famous (and fictitious) quote, you CAN improve a process without quantifying the change.

That said, I want you to brag about your improvements, so I provide some simple tools.

I can help you re-imagine your individual KPIs. Schedule a call today!
